The Belittled

I finally learned how to upload my film! This is my third year film at CalArts, entitled "The Belittled." It's about an oblivious photographer who finds himself in a surreal landscape. Ed Juan stepped up to the plate to help me finish this before the Open Show deadline when I was ready to give up (I was working on it with no sleep for two days straight without food or rest, and ran into countless technical issues). So I'm forever grateful for that. Thanks Ed!

  1. You know that quote where Lucas says, 'Drama is easy, just strangle a cat.' Your drama would be two trembling hands encircling a cat's neck and then shrinking innocently out of frame, only to jab back into frame mere millimeters from the cat's neck, trembling in anticipation.


    That's a compliment.

  3. I really like the style of the charcters and their movements. The dude in the scarf reminds me of cartoons from the 70's. I also love the juxapozed size thing you had going on, the giant man eating flower, the little flying boy that was actually "Gigante." Cool.
