A Construction Crane on the Portland Horizon
I can't help feeling that I'm always under construction. Right now I'm the young adult version of Vi - fresh, naive, inexperienced. It will not be long before I become the middle-aged version of Vi, and then the old version of Vi, then the decrepit version of Vi, and finally the dead version of Vi. Hopefully, when that cycle is all done and through, I've spread my seeds - whether they are in the form of little Vi's, Vi teachings, or Vi memes. It's become more and more clear to me that my life resembles that of a melon.
Actually, with that ominous crane towering on the horizon, I'm thinking that a huge robot version of V will be the next phase. Mecha V... (or even better, V-Tron.)
ReplyDeleteOnce you hit that phase, let me know. I want to see the inevitable epic showdown between the Austitronic and V-Tron on top of an erupting Mt. Hood, complete with brimstone hail and play-by-play analysis courtesy of Vince Lombardi's ghost.
I think this may be my favorite entry yet. The new look is great and suits you well! The Neptune piece looks particularly good against the bg. Have you considered the title Visa Vi? Or Carpe Vi-'em? Vi Dieus and Don'ts? ViH1? V-Rex? To Vi or not to Vi?
