I've skipped a few weeks of creating artwork for my blog and, again, I feel bad about it. Someone give me a slap on the hand.
Whenever I can't post, I feel like the next best thing to do is pay respect to artists whose work I admire. Here is a William Blake. It is "Ancient of Days." This guy saw things that no one else did - literally. He would witness trees bursting into flames. Schizo or genius? Again that fine line between madness or godliness is tread upon.
It reminds me of a quote by Schopenhauer: "Talent hits a target no one else can hit; Genius hits a target no one else can see."
