Some Work from My Digital Painting Class

I started taking a night class at the Concept Design Academy at the start of the fall. The class is Digital Painting with the talented Mike Yamada and Victoria Ying, who are amazing artists and teachers.

Below are some of the work I did for the class. The curriculum revolves around developing your own take on the classic Pinocchio tale. Mine is a New England seaport/aquatic themed version. There's also a Jules Verne science fiction angle on it:
